Kathmandu, Nepal — Infinity Partners is proud to highlight the key contribution of its Managing Partner, Narayan Chaulagain, who served as the Legal Expert for the prestigious UNDP-led Viability Gap Funding (VGF) Operationalization Guideline project.

UNDP Led Project (Viability Gap Funding Guideline)
Engagement Period: 2024–2025

Under the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) project “Developing Capacity for Enhancing Large-scale Investment in Nepal”, Narayan Chaulagain was engaged by the Office of the Investment Board Nepal.

Scope of Work Delivered:

  • Reviewing and updating the draft Viability Gap Funding Operationalization Guideline
  • Aligning the guideline with Nepal’s existing laws and policies
  • Incorporating international best practices
  • Establishing clear procedures for VGF eligibility, application, approval, and disbursement

The final report has been successfully submitted to UNDP.
